We currently offer two Microsoft Outlook training courses. Microsoft Outlook Introduction for beginners and Workload and Time Management using Microsoft Outlook for more advanced users.

The ‘Workload & Time Management using MS Outlook’ programme is not purely a course on how to use MS Outlook. It is one of our “Blended Training’ programmes where we learn the process that will allow you apply the time management best practices using MS Outlook as the tool (rather than a paper based system).

The ‘Workload & Time Management using Microsoft Outlook’ training course will provide participants with a totally practical and workable solution to managing their workload and time more effectively.

This is not a standard Time Management training course – it is so much more. It combines the theory of time management with the practical use of MS Outlook. Do not let e-mail control your day – instead you can take control through the customisation of MS Outlook and by using various features & tools within Outlook. Learn how to prioritise, set, manage and achieve realistic goals & tasks. Learn how to share information with other users and work more effectively as a group. This program has been designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and competencies to effectively use Outlook as your organisational tool.

SUITABLE FOR
Anyone who believes that ‘There aren’t enough hours in the day’ and for those who would like a practical solution that can immediately be implemented on return to the office.

PRE-REQUISITES
All participants should have a good working knowledge of MS Outlook. This course is suitable for experienced users of MS Outlook or for those who have already attended the MS Outlook Introduction training course. Those new to MS Outlook should attend a basic introductory course prior to attending this training session.

FOLLOW-UP 1-1 IMPLEMENTATION (Optional)
Following the training course, there is an option of having some 1-1 training in order to ensure that the content of the course is being implemented effectively in the workplace. These 1-1 sessions can either take place on the phone, or preferably at your own desk and are of a 1 hour duration. There is an additional charge for this service so you can decide yourself if you would like to avail of it or not.

Microsoft Outlook – Essential Skills

This course is designed for new users of MS Outlook or for those with very basic or limited experience using MS Outlook. Over the half day session we will cover the most frequently used Mail functionality along with working with Contacts and using your Calendar.
